Arch Rolling (£60 per corner)
In short:
Create proper clearance — not just force the wheels to fit.
**You will be required to sign a disclaimer prior to the work being carried out.
Arch rolling reshapes the inner lip of the wheel arch to provide safe clearance for wider wheels, lower ride heights, and performance suspension setups. Done correctly, it prevents tyre rub, protects paint, and allows the car to sit and drive as intended without damaging arches or tyres.
Recommended for lowered vehicles, wider wheel/tyre setups, or anyone experiencing rubbing under load, cornering, or compression.
Arch rolling can be booked as a standalone service or added to a Custom Geometry, Alignment, or Suspension Installation session.
What’s included:
• Controlled rolling of the inner arch lip using professional equipment
• Heat management to reduce risk of paint cracking
• Gradual reshaping for safe tyre clearance
• Test-fit and clearance checks throughout the process
• Adjustment based on wheel size, tyre profile, and ride height
• Advice on further clearance requirements where needed
Why it matters:
Properly rolled arches prevent tyre damage, eliminate rubbing, and allow the suspension to travel correctly.
It improves drivability, protects bodywork, and ensures your setup works as it should — whether for road use, stance, or performance driving.
Booking & payment:
