This Shipping Policy applies to physical products purchased from PRJKT ZERO, including performance parts, accessories, and merchandise. Workshop services are not subject to shipping.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Orders placed after processing cut-off times may be dispatched the next working day.

Shipping Methods & Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Product weight and size

  • Delivery location

  • Selected shipping method

Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before payment is completed.

Delivery Timeframes

Split Shipments

Supplier & Drop-Shipped Items

International Shipping

International shipping is available to selected locations.

PRJKT ZERO is not responsible for delays or charges imposed by customs authorities.

Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

PRJKT ZERO is not liable for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect addresses

  • Failed deliveries due to unavailable recipients

Additional shipping costs may apply for re-delivery.

Lost or Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, customers must contact PRJKT ZERO within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence where applicable.

Claims submitted outside this timeframe may not be accepted.
