Refund policy

PRJKT ZERO – Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made from PRJKT ZERO, including physical products (parts/merchandise) and workshop services (alignment, geometry, corner weighting, repairs and maintenance).


1) Workshop Services (Bookings, Deposits & Cancellations)

Deposits

  • Deposits paid to secure a workshop booking are non-refundable.

Rescheduling

  • If you need to reschedule, please contact us as early as possible. Where possible, we will try to move your booking to a new time/date.

Late arrivals / missed appointments

  • If you arrive late, your service time may be reduced and we may need to reschedule.

  • Missed appointments may result in loss of deposit.

Services already started / time reserved

  • Where workshop time has been reserved or work has already begun (including inspection/diagnosis time), charges may apply in line with time spent and parts used.


2) Physical Products (Parts & Merchandise)

Returns

  • If you change your mind about a physical product, you may be able to return it in accordance with UK consumer law.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned in a resaleable condition.

Non-returnable items (where applicable)

  • Items that have been fitted, used, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging may be refused or subject to a deduction.

  • Special-order or made-to-order items may be non-refundable (this will be stated on the product page where applicable).

Return shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or incorrect.


3) Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos.

Where an item is confirmed faulty or incorrect, we will arrange an appropriate remedy in line with UK consumer rights (repair, replacement, or refund as applicable).


4) Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method.

  • Banks/payment providers may take additional time to display funds.
