OVERVIEW

Welcome to PRJKT ZERO (“PRJKT ZERO”, “we”, “us”, “our”). We operate this website and store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (together, the “Services”). Our online store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply when you visit, browse, book, purchase, or otherwise use our Services. By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our policies referenced on this website, including our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Services.

1. ACCESS & ACCOUNT

To use certain features of the Services (including placing orders), you may be asked to provide information such as your name, email, billing, payment, and shipping details. You agree that any information you provide is accurate, current and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

2. PRODUCTS, SERVICES & DESCRIPTIONS

We aim to provide accurate descriptions of products and services, however images, colours and appearance may vary by device and settings. Product and service descriptions, pricing and availability may change without notice.

We may limit quantities sold, refuse service, or cancel orders where permitted by law.

3. ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE

When you place an order or booking request, you are making an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order/booking at our discretion. A contract is formed only when we confirm acceptance and/or dispatch goods and/or confirm a booking.

Please review your order carefully before submitting. Changes or cancellations may not be possible after acceptance.

Purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.

4. PRICING, VAT & PAYMENT

Prices, discounts and promotions may change at any time. The price charged will be the price shown at checkout at the time the order is placed.

Unless stated otherwise, prices may be shown inclusive or exclusive of VAT depending on your store settings. Any applicable taxes and delivery charges will be shown at checkout.

You authorise us (and our payment providers) to take payment using your chosen payment method.

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY (PHYSICAL GOODS)

Shipping costs and options are shown at checkout. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, suppliers, or events outside our control.

Risk of loss/damage for goods passes to you upon delivery to the address provided (or upon collection, if applicable). Title to goods passes upon full payment, unless otherwise required by law.

6. WORKSHOP SERVICES (ALIGNMENT / GEOMETRY / CORNER WEIGHTING / REPAIRS & MAINTENANCE)

6.1 Bookings, deposits and appointment times

Some workshop services require a deposit to secure a booking. Deposits are non-refundable as set out in our Refund Policy. Late arrival may reduce the time available for your booking and may require rescheduling.

We reserve the right to refuse work where a vehicle is unsafe, unroadworthy, or unsuitable for the requested service.

6.2 Vehicle condition & customer responsibility

By booking workshop services, you confirm your vehicle is mechanically safe and suitable to be worked on. You are responsible for the condition of your vehicle, including (without limitation) suspension, steering, brakes, tyres and wheels.

We are not responsible for pre-existing faults, wear, corrosion, damage, seized fasteners, previously incorrect installation, or failures arising from age, condition, or prior modification.

6.3 Limits of adjustment & outcomes

Alignment, geometry and corner weighting results are limited by vehicle design, condition, and existing modifications. Requested targets cannot be guaranteed where physical or mechanical limitations exist.

Repairs and maintenance may reveal additional issues that were not apparent prior to inspection or disassembly.

6.4 Additional labour, parts and costs

If seized bolts, worn components, corrosion, incorrect installation, or unforeseen issues are identified, additional labour and/or parts may be required. You agree that:

  • additional labour is chargeable, and

  • time spent remains chargeable even if the requested result cannot be achieved due to vehicle condition, and

  • any remedial work required to proceed is your responsibility.

Where practical, we will seek approval before carrying out additional work. Where immediate action is required for safety or to prevent damage, you authorise us to take reasonable steps to secure or make safe the vehicle.

6.5 Modified vehicles & non-standard setups

Modified vehicles (including coilovers, air suspension, non-OEM wheels/tyres/suspension arms) carry inherent risk. You accept responsibility for tyre wear and changes in vehicle behaviour resulting from customer-requested specifications.

6.6 Track / performance use

Where a track, fast road, or non-standard setup is requested, you accept all risks associated with vehicle behaviour and component stress following the service. PRJKT ZERO is not liable for loss, damage, or injury arising from motorsport or aggressive driving use.

6.7 Service-specific disclaimers at booking

Certain workshop services are subject to additional service-specific terms and disclaimers presented and agreed to during the booking process (including acceptance of liability and additional costs). These form part of these Terms.

7. CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED PARTS

If you supply your own parts, you are responsible for their suitability, quality, and compatibility. PRJKT ZERO is not liable for failures or issues caused by customer-supplied parts. Additional labour may be chargeable if supplied parts are incorrect, incomplete, or not fit for purpose.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Services (including text, graphics, logos, images, video and design) is owned by PRJKT ZERO or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial use only unless we agree otherwise in writing.

9. THIRD-PARTY LINKS & TOOLS

The Services may include links or tools provided by third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, websites, or services. Use them at your own risk.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law (including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation).

Subject to the above, PRJKT ZERO shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, loss of earnings, loss of use, or data loss. For online purchases, our total liability to you for any claim related to your order shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant goods or services, except where prohibited by law.

11. INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PRJKT ZERO (and our staff/contractors) from claims, damages and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Services, or violation of any law or third-party rights.

12. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services where permitted by law, including where we reasonably believe there has been misuse or breach of these Terms. You remain liable for amounts due up to the date of termination.

13. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

14. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Services.
